CONAN!!!
HEY GUYS…
I know I haven’t been around … Its been crazy lately….
First… The Dutch publisher Dark Dragon Books is publishing a sketchbook of Conan with only my art in it… So I’ve been drawing like crazy with only conan drawings…:)
This is an teaser thingie: 
Second… I’m drawing a big ass drawing with trolls and orcs… Fully pencil rendered … :) also fun.. Its a commission…. good money. :)
Third. I’m working on a project for a comic series… A Spanish publisher has shown his interest… Its also the biggest publisher in Spain… So thats cool.
Hopefully I’ll get my own book soon….
here’s also some photoshop practice… Been a time since I last worked with Photoshop…. Not a lot experience with it :P
So you can see its going crazy :)

DAILY SKETCH 17-10-2011: Thor
They are back with a vengeance !!!!! The daily sketches ... and I'm kicking off with Thor ....
I've watched the blu-ray of Thor this past weekend, and I have enjoyed it ... Nice movie. Can not wait for "The Avengers" movie.
So today I had a desire to draw Thor. So here it is. 
Reason for the "break" is that I am currently working on a pitch for my own comic book which swallowed up all my time ....
But now they are back ... so enjoy ..

DAILY SKETCH 09-09-2011:Diana the Acrobat
Number 5 of the dungeons and dragons list… Also not really a favorite of me… Something in the costume gives me a strange feeling....
This weekend there is no daily sketch…. I'm at the comic festival in Breda this whole weekend… I'm signing books at the stand of Dark dragons Books… Of course I'm with my map with daily sketches, which are for sale.

Bobby is small boy with a club that can split the ground open when he hits on it… Therefor you must never give it to the youth of today ;).

DAILY SKETCH 05-09-2011:Hank the Ranger
This time a start of a new series of daily sketches… This time with the characters from the classic TV show; Dungeons and Dragons.
The suggestion has been made by Geekstijl's Arrie van Wolde.
Dungeon and Dragons was one of my favorite cartoons from that time…
A typical detail was a background music which they used in the series. This music was better known from the old Hulk cartoon from that same time….
I'm starting with Hank, the Ranger… not my favourite in the group. Therefore I'm starting with him...:P

I did a Conan today because of last weekend …. Last weekend I was in Valkenswaard at the comiccon signing at the stand of Dark Dragon Books….

DAILY SKETCH 30-08-2011:Batman
Once again drawn a batman. This time with his Batmobile, designed by me.
Even the Batmobile must have an alarm system…
Last weekend I signed in Valkenswaard at the comiccon Brabant stripspektakel at the stand of Darkdragon books. It was a great weekend weekend was.
Draw a lot..... And over two weeks on 10 and 11 September once again at the ComicCon in Breda. Again with DarkDragon Books. But only this time I wont be alone.....
With me will be sitting Paul Renaud, Clint Langley, Mike Ratera and Francisco Ruizge... Quite the artists... I not sure I can compete :P

Masterly fighting. With its double lightsaber… Nice… Rest of the movie… quite nice. Except for the young Anakin … What was that boy irritating…

DAILY SKETCH 25-08-2011:Clu
TRON! … I have seen the last version of the movie. Was a nice movie… Only thing that bothered me were the digital young version of Jeff bridges. It looked a bit fake....
But apart from that it is a very entertaining film…. This character came from the this movie… It is Clu. The computer version of Jeff bridges, if I'm correct.
The suggestion for Clu was made by Steven James. This time I took out the markers again, Its been some time since I last used it… Only problem was some of the markers were almost out of markerink and I don't have any fill material at the moment…:

That is something you must forgive me. Its just not for me. (Sometimes something comes along which I like, but in general I don't get a warm feeling of it…)

For the first time I got a suggestion from a family member ... My very own cousin, Melvin asked for Robin Hood ...
And its a good suggestion too ... So this one I can not leave.
This is my own interpretation of the character ...
So no tights or funny hats ... but a hood. enjoy.
